We foster an environment of ongoing learning and development encouraging staff to follow personal specialisms and signpost them to specific training. Current Job Vacancies:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic room leader/supervisor for our two-year-old room.Your role will be to manage a small team of early years educators, the learning environment and the daily routine of the two-year-old room while prioritising the wellbeing and learning of all children each day
We follow In The Moment Planning. We focus on continuous provision with children free to self-select, add to and extend activities. We know that children learn best through self-directed play, lots of time outdoors, and warm relationships with skilled practitioners in a rich and exciting play environment and are looking for practitioners that share these beliefs.
-hold a full and relevant early years qualification Level 3 and above.
-have experience in running a room, leading a team, and be able to develop and challenge staff practice.
-have a strong understanding of the EYFS and how to promote children’s learning and development.
-be able to build warm relationships with children and believe in treating them with kindness and respect.

Full time 37.5 hrs per week, 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme.
Part-time, compressed hours and term time only considered for the right candidate. The salary would be pro-rata depending on hours worked.
