The Nursery Managers
We are Naomi and Beth, owners and managers of the Wood St Nursery. Together we have over 35 years of experience in Early Years Care and Education and are passionate about what we do. We are focusing our extensive knowledge and experience on developing a delightful, high quality nursery where children are nurtured and flourish.
Naomi is an Early Years Teacher. She has an MSc in Psychology and a BA Hons in Ceramic Design. Previously she has been part of the senior leadership team of an outstanding nursery, The Bath House in Hackney. She specialises in children’s emotional well-being, and supporting children to learn through creative free play.
Beth is an Early Years Teacher. She also has a BSc Hons in Occupational Therapy and a BSc Hons in Music. She has previously worked in nurseries in outstanding schools in Haringey. She specialises in language, music, puppetry and story telling to promote excellent listening and communication skills in the children she works with.
They are both very excited to be realising their dream of running their own nursery.
