Chestnuts

Welcome to Chestnuts! 🌰

The Chestnuts Room is where toddlers aged 2 to 3 years begin their exciting journey toward independent learning. This room is designed to foster exploration, creativity, and growth, helping children develop confidence and curiosity. Our dedicated staff support each child’s development by encouraging play-based learning and ensuring that every child progresses at their own pace.

Free-Flow Play

Children have the freedom to explore the room and choose activities that interest them. Whether they’re building with blocks, drawing, or role-playing, this free-flow play encourages independence, creativity, and social interaction.

Outdoor Play

Our garden is open year-round, allowing children to connect with nature regardless of the season. Outdoor play promotes physical development, sensory exploration, and social interaction, as children enjoy the fresh air and discover the world around them.

Trips and Excursions

We take weekly trips to local spots such as Greenway Avenue Community Garden, Wood Street Library, and more. These outings offer real-world learning experiences and help children engage with their community, promoting curiosity and discovery

Music and Dance

Every Monday, we have exciting music and dance sessions with Lucy Sparkles & Friends. These sessions engage children in fun and meaningful activities that help develop their physical coordination, emotional expression, and cognitive skills, all while fostering a love for music, drama, and dance.
